Believe the reviews, everything was perfect. I was close to local restaurants and places to go, the train station and the amazing Botanical Gardens thanks to its great location. And I was located in a quiet area.

Although beds were a little hard, we enjoyed the stay and your local tips. The setting was marvellous and absolutely perfect. Moreover, it was just off Botanical Gardens and the town centre.

From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always available to answer questions. The property itself was stunning, with spacious and clean rooms that were unbelievably comfortable. The balcony was massive and the views were absolutely breathtaking. It was also conveniently located near public transportation and various dining options, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed.

Incredible location not far from the Cambridge train station and bus stops, everything perfect. Warm welcome from owner. Rooms with 2 bathrooms. Location close to city centre. Nearby The Station Tavern - best spot for evening drinks. No complaints, would stay here again.

The room was large with beautiful sunset and star views, featuring a bathtub, and the location was amazing, just a short drive away from an art gallery.

Stayed at Botanica for a weekend getaway. Anne, the host, was fantastic - accommodating and great with communication. Loved the location, close to restaurants and attractions. The balcony and views were a highlight, along with the movable screens. Two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen made our stay comfortable. Plenty of parking available in Cambridge. Enjoyed morning runs through the scenic fields. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at a conveniently located apartment in Cambridge. The apartment itself was stunning, spacious, and immaculately clean. I especially loved the large balcony, which was perfect for enjoying my morning coffee and evening drinks. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were beautifully designed. Anne even left some thoughtful touches like milk, tea, coffee, and cookies upon my arrival. The location was excellent, with easy access to the train station, bus stops, and various amenities. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Cambridge.

There were some minor drawbacks during my stay. there was only parking space for one car in the secure underground car park, which was a bit inconvenient for me as I had two cars.
